This just makes me sad. I was booking a hotel room at a major hotel chain, and I got to this form and just started laughing. Am I weird in that I was tempted to try and screw up their system by using those characters?Also, what kind of place is it that makes a form this not-robust in 2008? That's just asking for trouble.

There's another sad thing about this comment box. The hotel staff may not read your comments until the day you check in, so if you wanted them to hold a non-smoking room for you, or have an extra roll away available, by not checking until you arrive, there might be any of what you wanted to reserve left for you. Not only is it limited, I don't see how it's very useful.
